CA024 - Finca Lechin

Finca Lechin is built on a hillside below Cortijo El Maestro and enjoys similarly stunning views across the valley towards Restabal and Saleres. This is a large working farm with olive/lemon/orange groves and fig ,almond and pomegranate trees. Please feel free to wander amongst them and help yourselves to the various fruits in season. It sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin and has full central heating and metered telephone. Also, the mobile reception is excellent. It is a newly built house with a central living area which has an open fire and has the kitchen/dining room and utility room on one side and the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the other. The bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have access to terrace via French window and bedrooms 3 and 4, which are situated in a private corridor, share the bathroom 3. These are all on one level so there are no stairs. The house is beautifully furnished and the elegant pergola at the rear of the house enjoys extraordinary views and is superbly equipped with Moroccan tiled table and matching chairs. Beyond is the swimming pool terrace with a built-in barbecue. The pool can be fenced for the safety of small children. The house has an independent water supply and generates its own electricity, so there are a few, common sense restrictions on the use of electrical appliances. There is also a recently constructed gazebo, perfect for dining whilst enjoying the fantastic views of the valley. The house is about 1.5 km along a concrete track.
