Half-way between Chite and Melegis, sitting in 3,500m2 of its own land is a newly constructed two-storey house that blends perfectly into the natural surroundings of the valley. This house if equipped for disabled persons.
On entering and to the left you see the kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee-maker, toaster... in fact everything one needs to prepare a delicious meal to be enjoyed with friends or family. Next to the kitchen is the salon, comfortably equipped with sofas and with an open fireplace. For relaxing there is a television, DVD and music centre. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower designed for a disabled person who can enjoy all the comforts without having to climb the stairs. On the upper floor are a further three bedrooms, two doubles, one with a television and the third with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath fitted with a hidromassage.
Outside is fully equipped for summer living with a build-in-barbecue, a salted water pool of 5x3 metres, a small fountain and garden furniture to allow you to relax and enjoy the clean air of the valley. The pool area is separated by a wooden fence, therefore only allowing access to young children when there are adults present.
There ae views all around the valley and of course to the snow-capped Sierra nevada.
The name La Loma de Ana Maria has a lovely history to it. Ana Maria loved this land which had always been in the family. Her husband tried for many years to sell up as they were getting old and could no longer enjoy it. It was then that the daughter Ana decided to keep the land and build a house on it which could be used for all the family to get together and above all to enjoy what had always been an integral part of the family history. Now Ana would like to share with you this special place and invites you to spend some time relaxing in her house.
