In a lovely situation in the village of Chite, with views across the valley, a pool, orange and lemon trees in the garden; Casa Kamareta typifies a modern house in the Lecrin Valley. It is centrally heated which makes it an ideal house to stay in year-round.

The house has its own access and parking in the grounds, and is a short drive away from the local bakers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

On the ground floor there is a hall which enters into a large open-plan room, with a kitchen, a free-standing fireplace and a sitting-room area with sofas and armchairs. There is also an indoor barbecue in the kitchen!

At the other end of the house on the ground floor is a twin-bedded room, and a shower room with WC.

On the first floor there is a studio room (optional), two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a single room with a bed that can be extended to give a supplementary eighth bed.

The grounds of the house have a variety of citrus trees, a lawned area around the pool, ample parking space and a large paved terrace to the front ideal for taking a cool drink whilst watching the valley below.
