CA 68 - CORTIJO DE LA ERA- (sleeps 6-8)

Set in the hills overlooking the picturesque villages of Saleres and Restabal, Cortijo de La Era is a stylish house with magnificent views and beautiful gardens. Designed to look like an old Andaluz farmhouse but with the comforts of the 21st century, the cortijo makes a fantastic holiday home for all seasons.

The landscaped gardens are interspersed with ancient olive trees nestling in beds of lavender, rosemary and Spanish broom. The spectacular infinity pool gives the impression that you can swim out into the valley below!

The main living area is a large combined kitchen/dining/living room with a high vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is a good size and is well equipped for keen cooks and there is a long wooden dining table for eating the results! Out through the french windows is a terrace with a barbecue and outside seating and dining areas.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms - one double and one twin, with a shared shower room.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, which like the living room also has a vaulted ceiling and amazing views. It has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and direct access outside to a side terrace.

Below the living area there is a large den with a living area and two single beds set against a side wall. The den also has its own bathroom and a wood burning stove and is accessed from the front terrace.
