This is a compact, newly finished
and well designed village house for six adults with very good access to
the main road and set in a quiet, tranquil village with good views.
The front door leads into a light
hall with the three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin) on either side.

There is a beautifully tiled shower
room also on the ground floor and a fully glazed door leads to a private
courtyard containing a jacuzzi, available on request with surcharge.

Upstairs, there is a wonderfully
spacious, well lit living room with high ceiling and views across the
valley of the river Torrente.
There is a good sized dining table and comfortable
benches and chairs as well as stylish seating.


The well designed kitchen area
has dramatic Arab style tiles and an excellent range of cooking utensils
and equipment.

A small shaded terrace leads from this area and
provides views across the roof tops towards the village church.
The terrace has a built in bench for relaxing
as well as a mosaic table and dining chairs.
The house has been designed to
make maximum use of space and light, as well as to incorporate modern
ideas with traditional style.
There is a great attention to detail
and style. There is excellent car access and parking is usually available
outside the door. Washing machine, music centre and telephone.
Heating by centrally operated
electrical heaters. Car access to the door.
The owners prefer to rent
their house to adults, children over 12 years of age and non-smokers.
