It is a newly built house with a central living area which has an open fire and has the kitchen/dining room and utility room on one side and the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the other.

Interior

These are all on one level so there are no stairs. The house is beautifully furnished and the elegant pergola at the rear of the house enjoys extraordinary views and is superbly equipped with Moroccan tiled table and matching chairs.

Beyond, is the swimming pool terrace and built-in barbecue. The house has an independent water supply and generates its own electricity, so there are a few, common sense restrictions on the use of electrical appliances.

There is also a recently constructed gazebo, perfect for dining whilst enjoying the fantastic views of the valley.

The house is about 1.5 km along a concrete track. The garden is beautifully landscaped and fenced, but there could be some concerns for small children negotiating some of the changes in ground levels, because of this children under the age of 7 are not allowed.
