The Casa Cercado Del Huerto occupies a privileged position in the Lecrin Valley. Just a step away from the charming village of Pinos del Valle the house is situated on the top of a small hill affording fantastic views of the valley and the Beznar Lake.

This is very much a home. with many of the owner's personal effects in and around the house and care must be taken not to damage any of these.

Quality design and construction, coupled with the thoughtful and tasteful decoration confer a unique personal touch to the house that leaves no visitor unmoved.

Please note that this is a no-smoking house.

Designed to accommodate 8 people, can comfortably house 10 thanks to the ample dimensions of the living space.

A small stair leads up to the entrance of the house from which a reception room opens to the spacious and comfortable lounge and the large and beautiful kitchen, both of which have their own open fire.

The dining table is found in the kitchen area from which the incredible views can be enjoyed.

All the ground floor living spaces have access to the large, covered verandah complete with patio furniture and perfect for making the most of the agreeable climate that the Lecrin Valley enjoys.

From this verandah the first of the double bedrooms, complete with ensuite bathroom, and separate bath and shower, can be accessed.

There is also a stair leading down from the verandah to the swimming pool, where you can soak up the sun on the sunbeds or retreat to the cooler shaded area underneath the pergola.

The master bedroom is found on the first floor, which also has a large terrace and ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor.

The first of these is accessed via a small reception room. It has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and double doors that lead to the grounds of the house.

The other bedroom, also large and spacious, consists of three single beds, one of which can be converted into two, to provide ample sleeping space for four people.

Next to this bedroom there is another bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is reached by car via an unsurfaced road and there is space to park several cars.

From its design and construction to the excellent taste of the decoration that we find in every corner, we are talking about a simply spectacular house.
