La Casa Tagomago gets its name from a small island off Ibiza, where the owners of the house live. Nestling on the edge of Restabal, it has very recently been restored with great care in the traditional village style, but with all mod cons.

It is truly a house for year-round occupancy, having a small pool and ample terrraces and patios for the summer; central heating, a woodburner and double glazing for the winter. All the fittings for the house have been chosen with great care.

The house is entered directly into the salon which has a dining and sitting area, where there is a woodburner for winter nights.

At the end of the salon there is a French window leading to the patio and small pool.

From here one passes into a light and airy fully fitted kitchen. There is access to an outside patio dining area by the pool, direct from the kitchen.

This patio has a table with seating for six people. Part of it is covered with a pergola which enable al-fresco dining at all times of the day.

There is access to both the salon and kitchen from the ground floor patio.

From where one can enjoy some fo the best views in the Valle de Lecrin, and to the Sierra Nevada beyond.

Also on the gound floor there is the master bedroom, a bathroom fitted out as a wet-room and a utility room.

The bathroom is adapted for wheelchair access.

On the first floor there are a further two twin bedrooms with balcony, another bathroom and a comfortable sitting room which has more views of the countryside.

The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath.

On top of the house is a roof terrace with even more spectacular views. An ideal place for taking sundowners and watching the famous Sierra Nevada pink sunsets.

Although road access to the door is not possible, there is ample parking within 80 metres.
