CA 128 - CASA MINARETE (sleeps 8) Casa Minarete is a recently constructed house in a quiet part of the village of Beznar. There are great views from the house across the Lecrin Valley to Beznar lake. It has four bedrooms, a large salon on two levels, a spacious upper terrace and a swimming pool. The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, an open fireplace and satellite TV.
The house is entered by way of a hall to the large salon with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with open fire and a sitting area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric oven.
The rustic dining table is situated next to the kitchen and fireplace.
We also find here some comfortable sofas and armchairs and the door leading to the swimming pool terrace.
From here one can also access the swimming pool area, where there are great views of the Valley.
The lower floor of the house has a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble-drier. Ascending to the first floor we find another hall with a second salon, equipped with armachairs and sofas and it´s own terrace.
From this terrace there are great views of Beznar Lake and the valley.
On this floor we have three more bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds.
These three bedrooms share a bathroom.
The house is a minute from the motorway but there is no noise nuisance from it. There is a private parking space. Next door is Casa Alminar which also has four bedrooms and can sleep eight. Accommodation
