CA 127 - CASA ALMINAR (sleeps 8) Casa Alminar is a recently constructed house in a quiet situation at the entrance to Beznar. It has views across the valley and to Beznar Lake. It has four bedrooms, a large salon on two levels, a spacious upper terrace and a swimming pool. The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, an open fireplace and satellite TV.
The house is entered by way of a hall to the large split-level salon with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with open fire and a sitting area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric oven.
The rustic dining table is situated next to the kitchen and fireplace.
We also find here the comfortable sofas and armchairs and the steps to the second level of the salon where there are another two sofas.
From here one can also access the swimming pool area.
Where there are great views of the Valley.
The lower floor of the house has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble-drier. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor leading from a hall in which there is also another bathroom. This hall also has it´s own terrace.
The master bedroom has its own small terrace and en-suite bathroom.
The second double bedroom has a balcony with very good views to the Béznar reservoir.
The third room is a twin with balcony and good views.
On the second floor is the large terrace ideal for sunbathing, taking a sundowner or just looking at the views to the lake.
In fact there are great views in all directions.
The house is a minute from the motorway but there is no noise nuisance from it. There is a private parking space. Next door is Casa Minarete which can also sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Accommodation
