CA 126 - CASA ATALAYA (sleeps 6) La Casa Atalaya is a pretty house situated in a quiet part of the upper barrio of Albuñuelas, a few dozen metres from the surrounding countryside. Recently renovated in rustic style, it has comfortable accommodation for six people.
From the street one descends directly into the spacious beamed sitting room
Where we find two comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, a TV, a DVD and a music centre.
From the sitting room we pass to the fully fitted kitchen and a rustic dining table which seats six.
Next to the kitchen we find a bathroom with shower.
Also leading from the kitchen is one of the house´s terraces.
Where we find a forged steel table decorated with tiles where one can enjoy an al-fresco meal or enjoy the views.
From this terrace there is a spiral staircase to the upper terrace, equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting one to take the sun and relax.
There are great year-round views from this terrace.
The bedrooms are down a flight of stairs from the sitting room. There are two twin-bedded rooms and the master bedroom has a double bed. All are cool in the summer and warm in the winter, being excavated from solid rock.
On this floor is another bathroom of good size to enjoy the large bath or the shower.
From the main bedroom, equipped with underfloor heating and a spectacular double bed, we can go out to a small courtyard.
It is not possible to drive a car to the front door but there is ample parking within sixty metres. Accommodation
