CA 125 - CASA DE LA VIÑA (sleeps 6) Casa de La Viña is a lovely house situated in the quiet and beautiful village of Melegis. This recently reformed house has maintained its rustic charm and provides comfortable accomodation for 6 people.
From the entrance hallway, we find a fully fitted kitchen to the left which leads through to a small patio with natural shade from the impressive vine, hence the name of the house (the house of the Vine). The patio has a table and chairs and is perfect place to enjoy breakfast.
To the right of the entrance is the living room with a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
The living room has three comfortable sofas, one of which is a chaise-longe sofa . There is a woodburning stove which is ideal for those chilly nights to make the room nice and cosy.
The first floor has three bedrooms all with an air conditioning/heating system and built in wardrobes. The main bedroom overlooks the interior patio with the vine and has a double bed.
Opposite the main bedroom is one of the twin rooms which shares a bathroom with the main bedroom.
The third bedroom is a twin with an ensuite bathroom.
The whole of the second floor has a large roof terrace with pleanty of shade and a dining area for eating al fresco.
There are also a couple of sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
From the roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the valley in all directions.
