CA 120 - EL PARRAL APARTMENTS (sleeps 13) The small and quiet village of Béznar, one minute to the main road and a few minutes walk to the reservoir. This house, known as El Parral, has four nice apartments, newly constructed, which are ideally suited for the enjoyment of the Lecrín Valley, as well as a base for getting to know Granada City, The Alpujarra or the Costa Tropical. These apartments have special details, with rurally flavor, work of the designer and interior decorator of the house, which we surprise to every step with the only details.
The first of the apartments BODEGA DEL PARRAL, is for three persons and is entered from Calle Real, the principal street of the village To one side of the house one enters the patio area, where there are the communal swimming pool and three barbecues with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying a meal with family or friends.
From here one enters the other three apartments.
On the first floor we find EL PARRALILLO, an apartment for two people with a balcony to the patio area; and EL PARRAL MEDIO, an apartment for four people with a balcony to the main street. On the second floor there is the last of the apartments, EL PARRAL ALTO, which is a nice attic apartment, better appointed than the other apartments with an independent kitchen, a great terrace and a chimney.
