CA 108 - CASA DEL MOLINERO (sleeps 5/6)

Hidden behind an ancient timber door in a quiet street of the pretty village of Chite, Casa Molinero or The Miller’s House is an example of how a village house can be beautifully restored to make a wonderful holiday home.

Behind the old door is a flower lined courtyard, complete with everything you need to enjoy it - barbecue, sun loungers and a fantastic swimming pool!

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and is directly connected to the dining room via an opening for serving food. The dining room has French doors on two sides that can be completely opened up making this room feel like part of the courtyard.

The living room is divided into two areas, at one end are armchairs and a sofa for relaxing and quiet reading and at the other is more seating with TV/DVD with satellite and a stereo. There is also a lavatory on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are light and airy and are made up of one double, one twin and a single bedroom that can be made into a twin, giving the house a sleeping capacity of five to six people.

Easy car parking and central heating makes Casa Molinero a comfortable and practical choice all year round.
