ABOUT THE COMPANY We look after more than 60 properties which are available for rent. These are houses which have been carefully restored and refurbished by local craftsmen under the guidance of the architects who designed them. They are owned by people who were attracted by stunning scenery, unspoiled villages and friendly and dignified people. The product of this relationship between craftsmen, architect and owner has produced a collection of houses which represent the highest quality rental accommodation in the Granada area. The houses range from one-bedroomed village houses to large, very grand properties accommodating 12 people. Some occupy the most stunning rural locations, others nestle in the heart of the villages. Some are converted mills and bodegas, many have a history going back several centuries.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We organise the maintenance and regular inspection of properties, the cleaning and regular maintenance of pools (where appropriate), all by qualified people. This is a service available for those who do not wish to rent out their properties as well as for those who do. It means there is security in knowing that in your absence, the property is regularly visited and looked after.
